The building at 304 Main Street, constructed in 1900, houses the Wright Law Firm, established in 1949. A nearby sign claims it’s the oldest structure in Schoharie County, dating back to 1743 states the following, “Oldest Building in Schoharie County 1743 Lutheran Parsonage Peter N. Sommers, Dominie First Services Held Sept. 12, 1743”.. This discrepancy raises questions about the building’s history and potential alterations, adding to the local intrigue. Maybe there was another building there, or there was additions made to the original building. Seems like a mystery unfolding or there is something that I missed interpreted. Either way another piece of history on Main Street, Schoharie. The Wright law and Schowright Abstract Firm occupies the building, founded back in 1949, the Wright Law Firm has been known for their commitment to building long-lasting relationships with their clients.
