This home was built in 1892, that is 133 years ago. It is a 2769 Square Feet single-family 2 story home and has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on a 1/4 acre of property. 1892 was a presidential election year, with Grover Cleveland (Democrat) winning against Benjamin Harrison (Republican). The late 1800s saw the rapid development of infrastructure. The railway system was expanding, and improved communication technology was becoming available. These developments would have impacted daily life in Schoharie.

    Aldo, Very nicely done. Great detail. I’m taking it that you moved to Schoharie -upstate NY? Gonna start getting pretty cold up there already. To wit I give you:

    I’ve been refining an algorithm for landscape & seascape art. So, I use ‘Bits & Pieces’ of several of my images and then after I’m satisfied with it (at least at the moment) I run it through the algorithm which smoothes the edges. But I get into it at the DNA level- I’ve taken to calling myself a “Digital Geneticist”. If one isn’t careful performing digital surgery the results can be unexpected:

    While the results were unexpected the quality of the image and its subtle details are outstanding. But, like most forms of art one has to really stick with it. I’m thinking you already know that!
