Here we go again – Another interest out of the blue, or should I say, “out of the water” color that is. Just decided to try my hand at watercolor painting. Wow – it is so much different than acrylics and oils – but the same concepts of depth, shading, and value exist in using watercolor – except you are working with water that takes the pigments in all directions. – Below is one of my first attempts at this medium. I like the vibrance of the colors – albeit. I cheeped out on the watercolor paint set – but I figured this is my first try.
