Are you ready for this?
Yes–A dive into the water – Water colors that is. I get bored too easily and like to explore what other mediums I can mess around with. Was in Hobby Lobby to pick up some frames for my other paintings, and saw an inexpensive watercolor set and bought it. I tried over the last weekend to play with some watercolor art, and here is one that I thought came out pretty good –

Hey Buzman. I like it a lot. I used to “try” working in watercolor but I was no good at it. Later someone suggested gouache which comes little tubes – the paint is thicker and richer. I think I have a framed watercolor from maybe 20-25 years ago. My sister Maralyn is a master watercolor artist. Look her up. She works in everything- pottery, copper, glass, flower arrangements. Anyway I love this piece. Love your frame too. Keep at this. What’s the largest size you’ve worked in? Awesome work!
